Interestingly, it is easier to find (ie, with one click) that "Singapore is a vibrant cosmopolitan city with a population of 3.5 million. Find out more about Singapore from the following external websites", than the actual application procedure.

Excuse me, this is a university. Are we catering for tourists or the student population?
